Bread with fiber

for 12 breads of 200g each one

Amount Ingredient
15g Yeast
4 tbsp Sugar
1.5 cup Warm skim milk
2 cups Warm water

3 pounds Wheat flour
100g Wheat bran
1 tbsp Salt (optional)
2 Eggs
0.5 cup Oil

In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the dough and the sponge yeast.
Knead until the dough is smooth.
Let the dough rest until it doubles its volume.
Then degas, and put together 200g buns to stretch them and make rolls to shape them.
Put them on a floured board and take them to the oven until golden brown.

When they are ready, remove them and brush them with water.
Let them cool on a rack to prevent them from getting wet.
You can save them in the freezer :)
