Colorful pizza

Weekend night arrive and want to eat something quick and homemade to share with the family or simply enjoy some delicious preparation.

Today I have this colorful, tasty and nutritious recipe.

Recipe:

Taste:
Amount Ingredient
Necessary quantity Fresh spinach leaves
1/2 Caramelized onion (Cook it in a pan until it turns brown)
Necessary quantity Low fat cheese
Necessary quantity Fresh cherry tomatoes
Necessary quantity Thyme to sprinkle

For the dough:
Sponge:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Warm water

Mix:
Amount Ingredient
2 cups Wheat flour
1/2 cup Wheat bran
1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 tbsp Oil

If you don´t have wheat bran yo can use 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour.

Directions:
1-Add the diluted yeast and form the dough, knead it until it is soft and smooth.
2-Let it sit in a bowl covered with nylon for about 40 minutes.
3-Stretch it  into a round shape or as you prefer and take it to the oven in a floured roasting pan until the base is crispy.
4-Remove it from the oven, add the ingredients that go over the dough.
5-Return to the oven until the mozzarella is melted.
5-Remove it from the oven, cut it and serve it! :)

Oven tempeture:425 F
Cook time: 10mins
