Fruit ice cream

When the weather is warm we want to take something refreshing, right?
For that I have for you a very nice recipe, low cost, super easy to make it from which you will get a sweet preparation with sugars from fruits, tasty and very creamy.
This ice cream will provide us with substances to nourish us, keep us hydrated, active during the day and many more benefits for our body.

Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3  Bananas
6 Strawberries


Directions:
Wash, cut and freeze fruits.
Remove them from the freezer and blend the banana first until it is creamy.
Then add the strawberries to one tasting the consistency and liquefy a little more.
The texture should be creamy.
Consume it at the moment.


Variants:
You can add fresh fruits when you serve them.
You can vary the strawberry by pineapple or by the fruit that you like most.
