Modified marble cake

By the time the kids arrive from school to have a snack at home.
Or for when we simply want to eat something sweet, nutritious and homemade.

Today I leave the recipe for a marble cake, soft, fluffy, diminished in its sugar content, without saturated fats because I used sunflower oil, with fiber, vitamins and minerals contained in wheat bran, among other nutrients.
Those who know me, know that my recipes are modified so that in addition to feeling pleasure to eat a tasty cake we know that that portion some benefit to the body is providing us.
Remember to eat in moderation because what gets fat is EXCESS!
So with about two small portions of this rich cake a day, it would be great!

Amount Ingredient
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Oil
2 cups Whole Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Cocoa sugarless

In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar and beat.
Add the oil, vanilla and half of the water.
Add the dry ingredients, mix and add the remaining water.
Pour 3/4 of the preparation in a pan spread with oil and flour, to the other 1/4 add the cocoa, mix well and if necessary add a little water.
Incorporate it into the preparation that is in the pan.
The consistency of the dough has to be dense.
Take it to the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at about 355 ° F.
Remove it from the oven, let it cool and ready to eat it! :)
