Pumpkin bread

I have this recipe for these delicious pumpkin breads.
It contains fibers, vitamins, minerals and also fats free.
After baking it becomes spongy, with a soft and tinted aroma, for the yellow color of the pumpkin.
Pamper your family, love yourself and allow your home to be flooded with the aroma of homemade bread.

Ingredients:
Sponge:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbsp
Yeast
2 tbsp
Wheat flour
1/4 cup
Warm water
1 tsp
Honey or sugar


Dough:
Amount Ingredient
0.66lbs
Wheat flour
0.15lbs
Whole Wheat flour
0.66lbs
Smashed pumpkin
1 tsp
Salt (optional)
Necessary quantity
Thyme (optional)


Directions:
Begin by activating the yeast by mixing the ingredients of the sponge. Reserve.
In a bowl mix the flours, thyme, salt, add the cold pumpkin puree.
Incorporate the sponge yeast.
Start working the dough a few minutes so that it stays smooth.
If necessary add a little flour to the counter so it does not stick too much.
Let it stand until it doubles its size.
Degas and form 0.22lbs buns.
Place the buns on a floured baking sheet, let them rise for 20 minutes.
Take them to the oven until they are ready.
When I removed them from the oven, I brushed them with Chuño.

Chuño:
In a pot, dissolve:
1 teaspoon of corn starch in 300cc of water
Bring them to a boil until it boils and remove
Wait until it warms up to brush.


Variants:
In this case, I put the buns together and pressed them to make them the shape of bread for hamburgers.
