Pumpkin pizza

A simple recipe, fast, rich and cheap!

Amount Ingredient
4 Pumpkin slices 1inch thick
1 Onion
1 tbsp Oil
2 Tomatos
4 Slices of light mozzarella or lean cheese.
Necessary quantity Condiments

In a pot boil water and add the pumpkins, cook until tender but still retain firmness.
Remove them from the water, season them, place them on a pan spread with oil and take them to the oven to dry a little and remove them
In a pan sauté the onions cut in a feather (thin strips) with a teaspoon of oil, when tender, remove from heat.

Way to assemble:
On the pumpkins pour the caramelized onions, 3 thin slices of tomato and on top the mozzarella.
Take to the oven until the mozzarella is melted.
