Lentils and rice burger

Rice + Lentils is a perfect combination to obtain proteins from foods of vegetable origin, and if we accompany them with a rich natural juice of oranges or a lemonade we favor our organism to absorb the iron contained in the lentils!
So not only do we think it's a simple hamburger, but it is a very beneficial food for our health.
They can also be eaten by celiac and vegan people! :)

Recipe:
Makes 9 servings

Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
100g Lentils
100g Rice
1/2 Onion
1/2 teaspoon Curry
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 tbsp Salt (optional)
2 tbsp Chickpea flour (may be corn starch)


Soak lentils for 4 hours. Cook them in water until tender. Colarlas and reserve.
Cook the rice in water until it is cooked, strain it. Pour it in a bowl and add the lentils, mix.
In the middle of the preparation, process it until a paste is formed.
Mix again with the previous preparation.
Add the flour, the cut and fried onions and the condiments.
Mix and assemble the hamburgers.
Place them on a plate greased with oil, take them to the oven until they are dry.
Remove them and serve them with a rich salad of raw or cooked vegetables!
