A leftover bread at home we can transform into a delicious dessert with bread which we recycle to avoid disposal.
In this case I made a couple of modifications to the original recipe to improve the nutritional quality of the food.
Here is the recipe:
Makes 20 servings approx.
|600g||Bread without crust roaster|
|1||One orange juice|
|150g||Raising or prunes|
1/2 cup of sugar
Soak bread in water and orange juice.
In another bowl mix eggs, sugar and vanilla.
When the bread is fully hydrated, mix with the previous preparation and add 3/4 of the pre - chopped prunes or raisins.
Make candy, it can be directly into the pie pan over the flame or do it in a pan and then dump them on the pie pan.
Candy try to spread across the surface of the pie pan and then incorporate into the base remaining raisins.
pour mixture into pie pan and bring the oven for 60 mins bath, approximately.
