Broccoli Frittata.


To these fantastic tower you can use them as the "bread" of a sandwich, as one of the layers of a colorful, vegetable lasagna, or as a cake that can be found in the presentation of your plate.
Remember the first meal, "enter through the eyes".

Ingredients:
Quantity Ingredient
3 to 4 Eggs
1 Brocoli or cauliflower
Necessary quantity Condiments


Directions:
  • Blanch broccoli or cauliflower.
  • Remove it from the water.
  • Chopp it small.
  • Add eggs.
  • Spice it up
  • Mix
  • On a hot pan spread with oil pour a little of the preparation helping with a spoon. You decide what size you want them.
  • Cook them until the egg coagulates.
Once you have them ready use them for the preparation you want.
