Cheesecake with red berries sauce

I'm going to leave you the recipe of this dessert so attractive to surprise your family, friends or the people you want!
I made a couple of changes to the original recipe, because as you know in addition to promoting home cooking I also try to improve the nutritional quality of each recipe I propose

Eat with conscience, let's cook at home and enjoy the rich food!

I made it in a 10 inches diameter roasting pan and it gave me 10 servings.

Ingredients for the base:
Amount Ingredient
120g Graham crackers
30g Melted butter
1 cda Lemon juice

Ingredients for the cream:
Amount Ingredient
550g Low fat cream cheese without salt
100g Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Lemon zest grated soup
1 pinch Salt
120g Nonfat natural yogurt without sugar

Ingredients for the topping:
Amount Ingredient
500g Red fruits (raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice

Crush the crackers and integrate them well with the butter.
Spread them on the base of the pan and press it so that it is united and compact.
Reserve in the refrigerator.

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until well blended, add the juice and the lemon zest, the eggs, the yogurt and a pinch of salt. Mix until the cream is homogeneous.
Dump it on the base of crackers.
Take them to the oven in a bain-marie at 390 F until the cream becomes firm and does not brown too much.
Remove and let cool.

Wash the fruits and cut the strawberries in quarters.
Add the sugar and lemon juice, let stand a few minutes for the fruits to release a little of their own juice, bring them to low heat until the fruits are tender but without disarming.

Once you have everything ready, you only have to put together the cheesecake.
When this cold red fruit sauce overturns the cheesecake, if you like you can also add those same fruits but fresh to finish the decoration.
