Crispy Roasted chickpeas in the oven

Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Chickpeas
1 tbsp Olive oil
Necessary quantity Salt
Necessary quantity Garlic
Necessary quantity Chili powder


Directions:
1-Soak the chickpeas with water for 4 or 5 hours.
2-Remove them from the water. Keep them in a pot with clean water for one hour.
3-Remove them from the water place them in a bowl and add the seasonings.
4-Toss them in a roasting pan and take them to the oven until golden and crispy.
5-Let them cool and store them in some container.
6-Spice them with what you like.
7-If you don´t brown them at all, they will be less crispy.
